If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please follow these steps:

• Stay calm and keep your pet as comfortable as possible.

• Describe your pet’s symptoms and follow our instructions.
• If instructed, bring your pet to our clinic at Abo - Sounbel Street, Sohag City, Egypt.
• For poisoning, bring the suspected substance or packaging.
• Do not administer any medication unless directed by a veterinarian.
